Tax cuts and others stuffs extended at a cost of $858 billion. Nine billion ($9 billion) isn’t much considering what is being spent on the two war fronts every month since the invasions. Obama did what he thought had to and the best short term option that he had for now. What is really messing with the minds of the politicians is each one has to go back to their constituents and explain why none of their pet state projects won’t be getting slop from the pork-barrel funding and earmarks. Now they have to do so real government work instead of buying there way from term to term. How many wars are we paying for now?
