Hungry in the morning? Try SEARS!

No not the catalog store!  After riding the trolley from Beach Street to Market and Second Street, I walked up to Powell Street and had breakfast at the SEARS restaurant.   The food was good as well as the friendly conversation.  My waitress’ name was Carol and she has waited tables at SEARS for 22 years. SEARS is one of the landmarks in downtown San Francisco that was established 1938.   A friend recommended it to me.  Have breakfast on the way to the office or before you hit the streets exploring.  I had a veggie omelet but the person next to had hot oatmeal with a mountain of the freshest strawberries that I have every seen and on top of that another and separate bowl of strawberries and blackberries, I mean to tell you the one bowl would have been enough for me.
